How soon do I get my candle after placing an order?

We ship out our candles within 48 hours after the order is placed (with the exception of pre-orders which will state when products will ship). You will always receive tracking information for your shipment and encouraged to reach out to info@quayleandbranch.com with questions.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship candles internationally. Rates and shipping times are calculated real time at checkout.

I accidentally input the wrong address, what should I do?

If you notice that your address is incorrect after placing your order email us at info@quayleandbranch.com as soon as possible so we can update your address before your items are shipped.
